Roman Pauswek and his team create a wide variety of delicious, invariably authentic dishes from ingredients bought directly from market or farm and locally-sourced fish and meat.
A day which begins at Restaurant Buckhuser can only be a good one. Our exclusive "Buckhuser's Breakfast Buffet" promises maximum enjoyment with its fresh, regional products. And if you're in a hurry, choose from a continental breakfast or a "Grab & Go" to take away.
Breakfast is served from 6.30 till 10.00 am (Monday till Friday), till 11.00 am on Saturdays and till 2.00 pm on Sundays!
Three lunch menus, two weekly signature dishes - you'll be hard put to decide. Starters, mains and desserts are served up promptly. Alternatively, choose from our à la carte menu or select a quick option from the bistro menu and go easy on your wallet.

Home-made gateaux and cakes, fine pastries: each afternoon, our magnificent cake display is revealed in all its glory, enticing you with sweet treats. Complemented by a freshly-roasted coffee, you're all set! Savoury's more your thing? Our bistro menu is also available.
